Lucy and Tommy are two siblings with a love for performing. At their community-wide garage sale, they start a lemonade stand to raise money for their new theatre club. But throughout the weekend things go awry. A competition between neighbors makes the scene less peaceful. A curse threatens the livelihood of their family and customers. Worst of all, the once-historic neighborhood just became an HOA. Now, Lucy and Tommy have to square off against the power-hungry HOA president and his administrative red tape. They call on friends, family, and complete strangers to see their vision through and restore sanity to the neighborhood.
